In order to set up deposits, go to Manager / Item Manager.




In Item Manager window, click Add Item button to create a new deposit item.



1. Enter deposit Name.

2. Set up default account for deposits.

3. Set up deposit value (you can set up value for each of the currencies).

4. Select for which rooms the deposit should be applied

5. Click Save and Close.




You can also enable collecting ID documents as deposits, decide if you want to track inventory and if the deposit is required for check-in.
