There are 2 password for Hostelworld and because of that clients very often confuse them with each other.
1. The password that was provided to the hostel at the beginning of its cooperation with Hostelworld is the password to its backoffice and it should be entered here
2. The password that was provided after the hostel declared its wish to establish the xml connection is the password to the xml settings in HostelSystem program and it should be entered here
