Unfortunately the is no "No Show" option in HostelSystem settings yest, but we are planning to introduce it. Right now you can deal with this situation by using the Prepaid option, see this tutorial
Remember that if you use our Booking Engine you can always charge the guest for the stay or the night as you have complete credit card details!
