Yes, you can!

There are two way to do that:

First, if you present in the engine the list of all your rooms (not room types, like in portals), you can display a different pricing for different number of people, e.g. Trpile Room - 3 people - 150$, 2 people 130$ and 1 person 110$.

Second, if you present in the engine "room types" (the same you do at booking portals, e.g. "6 Bed Private"), than you can create multiple room types for the same group of rooms in the system. For instance, you can sell your rooms with 3 beds as: Triple Room, Double Room and Single Room. Each of them with different price!
