The reason why your bookings do not show up on beds is that you adjusted your xml setting in such a way that your reservations have to be assigned to beds manually. You can find these settings by entering: Manage-->Online Portals--> Choosing the proper booking portal from the menu on the left and clicking into settings.
Then you should choose your proper booking method and Marking option YES insted of NO



If you will mark the option NO booking will always have to be ascribed to beds manuaaly. If you mark the option YES they will appear automatically in the system.
