Please note that you may receive bookings without the credit card information or the guest's email from Booking.com. Unfortunately, if you don't see those details, it is due the fact that they were not transmitted by Booking.com. According to the policies introduced by Booking.com receiving such bookings is possible especially for the last minute reservations made via mobile devices.
