When you are cancelling one night or all of the night of the booking that has already been checked- in and its balance was paid, please 

1. Right-click the reservation and choose "Cancel Night" option.

2. Adjust the credit if necessary, and confirm the action by clicking the "Cancel Night" button

3. Right click the reservation again and perform a refund

Following that instruction will automatically adjust your balance and the state of your accounts, however there is also a second way to do that.

1. Right click on the reservation and choose View Guest details" option or simply double click the reservation

2. Change the balance of the reservation 

Do not forget to insert the reason, for this change. We suggest that you should always do that.

4. Please go to your Font Desk--> Accounts and double click on the proper transaction.
   You can adjust the amount of payment in your accounts
