If you have a couple of rooms in your hostel that have the same number of beds and should have the same prices, then insted of etering all the pricess separately, you can quickly copy the pricing settings from the one room to as many of the rooms you want.
1. Please go to Manage--> Roms&Rates and open the properties of the room from which you want to copy the prices.
You can do it by marking the room and clicking on the "Properties" button or you can double click the chosen room.
2. Please click the button with a little arrow that is next to the big "Save and Close" button
3. Choose the option "Add prices to Other Rooms"
4. Mark the boxes next to the rooms for which you want to add the prices and click OK
