All the bookings comming automatically from the booking portals that you have synchronized should enter the system already with the informstion about the booking method. This information will be assigned to the booking if you will previosuly adjust your HostelSystem XML settings in the following way:
1. Please enter Manage--> Online portals and then choose the booking portal plugin from the menu on the left.
2. Please enter the bookmark "Settings" and click on the "Seclect Booking Method" field
3. Please choose the booking method from the list
If the booking method that you need is no longer on that list please create it by following this INSTRUCTION
