If you want to close the rooms only in the Booking.com Extranet you can do it via HostelSystem xml settings.
1. Please enter Manage--> Online Portals and click on the Booking.com XML plugin
2. Please login to your Booking,com XML setting
3. When you will be able to enter your Booking.com XML etting, please click the "Synchronize option.
4. Please choose the period of time for which you want to close the rooms
4. Please choose the rooms that you would like to close by marking the box next to every room.
5. Please find the C.Room column. The "C. Room" mean Close Room.
6. In the "Close Room" column please choose YES option next to every room that you would like to cloe.
7. Please click the "Synchronize now button" and wait until the synchronization will be over.
The process is quite similar when you would like to open the rooms.
1. Please choose the period of time for which you want to open the rooms the rooms
2. Please mark the boxes next to the room that you want to open
3. Please mark the box next to the "Closed Rooms" option
4. Go to the Closed Room" column and choose "NO" next to every room that you want to open
5. Click "Synchronize now button"
