The lack of emails is the most probably cased by the lack of the email or incorrect email in your Hostel Details form.
Please be so kind to enter Admin--> Hostel Details and check if you have your email address in the form.
Please insert your correct Email address and save the settings.
If you had the email address in the proper place in the form or if you will still not receive your confirmation emails despite the fact that you have inserted the email into the form, then please contact the HostelSystem Support Team.
