Cancelling the sale transaction depends on whether the guest paid instantly for the item, or the item was added to guest's bill.


IF THE SALE WAS PAID IMMEDIATELY:


1. In Front Desk / Accounts


Find the transaction you want to cancel (for instance beer), than double click on this position, and change Amount on 0 (see picture).




2. In Manage / Inventory


Go to Inventory and add the inventory for the item which was mistakenly sold:



IF THE SALE WAS MARKED AS "PAY LATER" AND ADDED TO GUEST'S BILL:


1. In Reservation Window:


Open Reservation window (double click in Front Desk - Beds), than find this transaction and click Change Balance. Instert different between Old Balance and price of product.





2. In MANAGE / INVENTORY:


Go to Inventory and add the inventory for the item which was mistakenly sold:
