If you want to add some restrictions on Booking.com please go to Manage - Online Portals - Booking.com - Synchronize
To set each restriction you have to choose date and mark which restriction you would like to change.
Rate - if you have change your rate and want to synchronize with booking.com
Availability - when you have blocked some of your rooms and want to synchronize with booking.com
Single Use Rate - additional rate which can be used for offering private rooms to one guest only. This rate must be first enabled in your Extranet with your Booking.com Account Manager.
If Single Use Rate is available, you will see it in the Extranet.
Closed rooms - Closed for stay restriction type. Reservations not accepted for this date.
Closed on arrival - Reservations not accepted for this arrival date.
Closed on departure - Reservations not accepted if they have this departure date.
Exact stay - A hostel that sets an Exact Stay for a certain number of nights ensures that only reservations for precise number of nights can be made for these dates.
Minimum stay arrival - A hostel that sets a Minimum Stay Arrival for a certain number of nights ensures that reservations
will only be available to arrivals that want to stay at least that many nights.
Maximum stay arrival - A hostel that sets a Max Stay Arrival for a certain number of nights ensures that reservations will
not be available to arrivals requesting stays for a number of nights that exceeds the maximum
value assigned.
Minimum stay through - A hostel that sets a Minimum Stay Thru of a certain number of nights ensures that reservations
will only be available to guests who wish to stay at least that many nights, either before or after
the date of the restriction.
Maximum stay through - A hostel that sets a Max Stay Thru of a certain number of nights ensures that reservations will
only be available to guests who wish to stay no more than that number of nights, either before or
after the date of the restriction.
If you would like to add some restrictions, you have to mark which restriction you would like to add, choose date and on table below set value.
