How do you handle if someone pays for e.g. in USD and receives change in the local currency? For example, if a guest pays for an $8 bed with a $20 USD, then receives the change in local currency?
In such a situation please proceed in the following way:
1. Accept the $8 payment
2. Go to 'Accounts' and select the one, which you use to handle sales in dollars.
3. Select 'Tools'/''Take Deposit'
4. Enter the change amount, in this case $12
5. Then please go to the account, which you run in your local currency.
6. Select 'Tools'/'Withdraw'
7. Withdraw the amount of money in your local currency, which you should give back to the customer as a change.
