In order to connect MyAllocator with HostelSystem please go to 'Manage'/'Online Portals'/'MyAllocator' and in connection tab please enter your login details (the same which you use to log in to MyAllocator backoffice).
After that please map your rooms. MyAllocator works similarly to Booking.com - it sells rooms, so for each private room you should put '1' in column '# Beds/Room'.
Once your room map will be ready please go to 'Synchronize' tab and send your prices and availability for 1 year ahead.
Please remember, that due to the fact, that on weekends we provide you only with limited support, so we strongly suggest to not enable new XML connections then.
