In order to close the availability at specific hour every day, go to Settings / Property settings / Preferences and choose the hour in Close same day availability at: line.
When the hour comes, the system will close the availability*.
* Please note that the system checks the settings every 10 minutes, so the availability can be closed some minutes earlier.
