Online Check-in and Payment process


When a guest enters Online Check-in and finds their reservation, they can perform the check-in online.



During the check-in process, the guest needs to fill out all required guest details to make check-in, e.g., nationality, email address, DOB, document details, photo etc.



Next, the guest will see the payment summary with the option to pay for the reservation. You can decide whether the payment is required or not.


Next, before making payment and completing online check-in, the guest must accept your Terms & Conditions.



After accepting ToS, the user will be redirected to the payment modal where they fill out their credit card details and make the payment.



Once the payment is ready, they will receive a confirmation view of their online check-in and further instructions.
